For their 3rd EP on Revok Records, the mysterious Granite Shadow continues their exploration of a parallel dimension of Dark Techno, a more emotive and fractured version of the genre, passed through the filter of dark and melancholic electronic artists such as Tricky or Burial.

Influenced by the sounds of Industrial techno, dubstep and dark ambient, their tracks layer these influences as dark and emotive moods over broken electronic beats. Mysterious vocals, video game sound effects and industrial noises often fade in and out of the background. These are the sounds of a future where humans long ago lost their souls to the machinery of an industrial society.
